 Q:  What is the percentage composition of Grakar's Microfiber cloths? 

 A:  After extensive durability, strength, and softness testing we chose a composition of 70% Polyester and 30% Polymide for the products.

 Q:  You say that your cloths are lint free, but when I remove the cloth from the Slide Seal bag I see lint, what gives? 

 A:  Quality control is a key component to Grakar’s cloths; during the manufacturing process it is impossible to remove all lint after the cloths are cut to size.  Inevitably you will find some lint from this process, this is normal and you will not see this after the first wash. 

 Q:  How does Grakar separate themselves from all of the other Microfiber I see on the web? 

 A:  Our manufacturer has multiple patents on the design, and features of these cloths, for example – our Waffle Weave and Polishing cloths have a one of a kind scratchless Microfiber bound edge that you won’t find anywhere else.  Our Detailing cloth has no edge at all!  Ultrasonic Lock Seal technology enables these cloths to perform unlike any other you’ve seen, no fraying and no sewn edge!

 Q:  Why do your cloths come in a plastic bag?

 A:  Simply put - to keep them free from dirt, dust and grime while not in use, ready   to go for your next task.

 Q:  How do I clean Microfiber cloths?

 A:  With every order you will receive Microfiber care instructions on a 4x4” card.  This will explain how to properly care for these cloths.  Also please check out our “Caring for Microfiber” section on our website.

 Q:  Do you ship to Canada or Over Seas?

 A:  At this time we do not.

 Q:  How long does my order take to get delivered to me?

 A:  We send all cloths via Priority Mail from the United States Postal Service, once your package is in their hands it should take approximately 2-3 business days. (Except for orders outside the U.S.) When all items are shipped you will receive email notifications of the shipment details which will include tracking details as well.

 Q:  You claim that your glass cloths clean windows streak free, I still see streaks after cleaning them, now what?

 A:  Typically after using normal household chemicals to clean windows it leaves a film or residue behind, you may need to reapply the same techniques and clean the glass once more.  After this residue is removed you should have no problems in seeing that streak free shine!

 Q:  Some of your cloths have labels attached to them, will this harm anything and should I remove it?

 A:  These labels are made of Microfiber like the rest of the cloth, you can use them with the labels attached on any delicate items; cars, crystal, antique furniture, without worrying about scratching.

 Q:  I ordered one of your MicroGlass cloths and it has a label stating it is a detailing cloth, did you send me the wrong one?

 A:  Our cloths can be used for a multitude of different tasks.  Our MicroGlass cloths have a “detailing” label because we felt as though our customers will typically use it for detailing and shining windows and mirrors. 

 Q:  What if I want to return something?

 A:  You will be 100% satisfied with everything you receive from us. If you are not completely satisfied, you have up to 30 days to return it for a full refund. Items kept past 30 days are not returnable. Torn, ripped or damaged items are not returnable. Please email us if you have any questions.
